Terms
These terms cover buying a launchpad from PadLaunch and having it run on PadLaunch's servers. Each launchpad also shows its own terms to the people who use it.
1. What you buy
A launchpad: a website on its own address that lets people create and trade Solana tokens on the venues and launch modes you chose, with an admin panel for you. PadLaunch builds it when your payment is confirmed and runs it on its servers. You do not get the server or the source code.
2. Price and revenue share
The launch price (and the optional fee for removing “Powered by”) is shown before you pay and is paid once, in SOL, from your own wallet. After launch, the protocol revenue your launchpad collects (its platform fees and shares, as described on its docs page) lands in its treasury and is converted to SOL; the share stated at checkout (10% unless the checkout said otherwise) is paid to PadLaunch automatically and the rest is yours to withdraw from your admin panel. Network fees are paid from the treasury.
3. Keys and custody
Your launchpad creates a separate launch wallet for every coin and a treasury wallet for its revenue. Their keys are held on the servers that run it so that fee collection and payouts can work automatically. Your admin login does not reveal those keys. PadLaunch never asks you for a seed phrase or private key.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your launchpad's name, logo, links and how you promote it, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your users. Do not use a name or logo you have no right to, impersonate another project or brand, or promote your launchpad in a misleading way. Coins on your launchpad are created by their creators; tell your users they are risky.
5. Availability and changes
PadLaunch aims to keep every launchpad online but does not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party services (Solana, RPC providers, Pump.fun, Raydium, Meteora, price and routing services) can change or stop. PadLaunch may update the software that runs your launchpad; your settings and records are kept across updates.
6. Suspension
PadLaunch may suspend a launchpad that is used for fraud, impersonation, illegal content or attacks on others, or whose operation puts other launchpads at risk. Coins already created stay onchain whatever happens to a website.
7. Refunds
Once your launchpad is built the price is not refundable. If your payment is confirmed but your launchpad cannot be built, PadLaunch either finishes it for you or refunds the payment to the wallet it came from.
8. No advice, no promises
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. PadLaunch does not promise that your launchpad will attract users or earn revenue. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as available.
